Want to Anonymously Leave a Review of Your Hiring Process?
Want to know who is ghosting and who isn't? Want to know how long you should expect to wait to hear back before you know when you are going to the next stage of the employment process?
Basically give a yelp review of a hiring process you've experienced?
Follow these steps to anonymously rate any of your recent hiring experiences in the last 5 years!
1. When you click on our logo and go back to the main page you will see the following. From here you should click the "Rate your employer." - figure a.
2. Once arriving on this section you will have two possible choices. If your employer is listed (choice1) you should click on their title card. - figure b.
3. Once on their title card you will want to click on "add a rating:" in order to add your rating to the existing ratings. - figure c.
4. If the employer isn't listed (figure b., choice 2) you will want to search the database. If the employer still isn't on the database you will want to click on "create a company and rate." figure d.
5. Once on this page fill out to the best of your abilities. It is not required to know everything, just fill out what you are sure of. Accurate info as much as possible. - figure e. 
6. Whether or not you create a company, or simply add a rating to an existing one, you will eventually arrive here at the rating section. Again fill it out with your best estimates for each point. Perfection is not required, but accuracy as much as possible. If you were ghosted put zero interviews. - figure f.
7. Once you have filled out the review and clicked next you will arrive here. This is an opportunity to give an overall summary of the experience - the good, the bad, the ugly. Whatever you feel comfortable sharing and/or you'd anonymously like other job seekers to know. Please be warned, we do require professionality in our critiques. No foul language or harassment will be tolerated. - figure g.
And bravo! You have done it. Please do realize a few points on this. Submitted reviews will all be vetted before being posted, so don't expect them to show up immediately.
